The Plus change rooms are receiving their first major update since opening in 2000. The Plus renovation project means that both men’s and women’s Plus change rooms will not be available while we undertake construction activities.
Plus Change Rooms including the lounge area will be fully closed starting Wednesday, July 2 at 5:30 AM.
Plus Members will have access to the Aquatic, Fitness and Privacy change rooms on the main floor during this time. Shared day lockers are available.
Belongings, Locks and Totes
Plus Members were asked to remove the following items from the Plus Change Rooms no later than Tuesday, July 1 at 8:00 PM.
Personal items left in Plus Change Rooms after July 1 were removed and are stored in an external storage unit that may not be accessible during the construction period. Unclaimed tote baskets will be recycled.
If Plus Members were unable to collect their belongings by July 1, inquiries can be directed to our Membership Manager at jduncan@staging.westsiderec.com.
Towel Service
In consideration of member feedback, Westside will provide our Plus Members with a complimentary towel for each visit while the Plus is closed.
During the renovation period, please stop at the Customer Service desk to confirm your Plus membership and request a towel. Towel service will be limited to one towel per visit.
